Cleaning Up An Identity
Building a brand that can outlast the pandemic.
MY ROLE
WHAT IS
LOGAN ACTIVE CLEAN?
Brand and Marketing Designer
Logan Active Clean is a covid-born hand sanitizer brand that grew into the at-home fitness market.
THE CHALLENGE
OF THE FUTURE
Logan Active Clean started a year into the pandemic. As a hand sanitizer company. So the challenge was finding a space within a saturated market that would hopefully (for once) NOT continue growing within the next year and grow a strategy that will continue giving it relevancy afterwards
The pandemic was a harsh blow to many companies, but a scant few managed to already be in the perfect niche market to profit from the new normal. Although our sanitizer and cleaning agents were much healthier than most on the market, the on-the-go cleaning market was already too saturated with well-known competition to get any kind of foothold, so a different avenue had to be found.
WHERE WE STARTED FROM
Originally called Logan Self+Care, the demographic focus was broader, leaning on the aesthetics of the cosmetics and personal care market.
EXPLORATION AND DEVELOPMENT
Through the already developed niche communities created by at-home fitness equipment brands such as Pelaton and Echelon, we were able to fill a gap and find passionate, dedicated individuals as our target demographic.
ALL IN THE DETAILS
To provide that high-end experience Logan Active Clean used custom packaging down to the last detail.
Simple.
Direct.
Effective.
AN EXPANDING ROLE
As the creative lead at Brandwagon Inc. my role would continue to expand as the brand did, including but not limited to: UI/UX, marketing, package design, and photography. I worked directly with the owner of BrandWagon to build strategies that could outlast the pandemic and grow a passionate online community.
